man talk about a timely manner, thanks a million, amy!!! came in just under two weeks from ordering,:thumbup: i ordered it on the day that they closed. got up the next morning and the bushwhackers was on the site. i am glad i listened to jerry's post.:thumbup:

anyhoo here are the specs: red g10 scales, arctic white, swedge, choil and skullbuster. man it is killer :cool::cool::cool: and sharp...hair popping, could shave with sharp. i push and pull cut paper out of the box with it!!!:D


well that is christmas enough for me and pics will follow.......
 
Man, I ordered one the first day and a couple days before they went off and I don't have either. Guess I made Amy mad somehow.:(

depending on your chosen specs your first blade could be with the postal service, i'm going to assume as history has shown, your final order is still weeks out at worst.

I feel your pain buddy - I ordered a day or so before they left and nothing as of yet... Its gonna be a beaut as well - bama clay goodness!
 
Got my satin/black paper tankbuster in today. I'll post pics soon. It's a cool blade with a great edge although nowhere near a sharp as the SFNOLE was out of the box. Fits Specops sheath perfectly.

I think that tree is an older Black Locust or Honey Locust. There are younger ones all along the hedgerow that have *really* fierce thorns. Not something you want to have your eyeball skewered on. The older ones just get fatter and duller. Go figure.:D
