Well my range of victory is 104 numbers, which gives me exactly 1.04% chance for any one of those 104 numbers.

But being there is 104 chances with 1.04% chance each, using the Cuddeback Law of averages (proven at race tracks across America), I have exactly 0% chance of winning!
