The Official User-Sebenza Pic Thread

The knives in the picture, handful of pocketknives, are from top to bottom:

Fällkniven U2
Gerber Paul® Series II, Model 2 Knife
Small Sebenza
Victorinox Farmer

Moving to the Chris Reeve Forum -- great thread! I love to see knives people have beat the heck out of; it gives them character.

nooo!!!! why'd this thread get moved? i was hopin' it'd stay in the general discussion area, that way more people'd see it. a "beater sebenza pic thread" seems as relevent as the many "derr, why choose sebenza?" threads, and those are staying in the general area,

anyhow. i'm not arguing or anything.

nice pics everyone. keep 'em coming and lets keep this thread alive. if i see enough convincing pics i'll spring for a sebbie myself. ;)

I agree 100%.

I guess Sebenzas wouldn't get the backlash if they weren't so popular.

This was my beater large left hand, but I recently sold it. Larry

Sure I would use both those bad boys. Perfect set up. One on the hip and one in the pocket. Here is my user. It's the only one I've got and I bought it full well knowing it was the one and only and I was going to use it. I can't afford safe queens so I bought one I could use. Besides I know where to get Tigers Eye, and I figure worse case is I send it back to Idaho for a few weeks and meanwhile have to (gasp) carry something else. Other then the stone Nothing on this knife has me worried about scratches of scuffs. It will never be for sale and I will enjoy it for hopefully another 50 years!

Looks to be Elk ivory.OHHH if I am right I need rep points. :D

I think you are correct sir. It would explain the tracks on the handle. You can also make out some of the structure of the inlay.

Those tracks indicate there may be a much smaller species of deer than anyone had ever expected. Nanodeer. You have to hunt for them with tiny blow guns that shoot sewing needles.

Hello Senate. I've checked it out and the feature is indeed elk.

u812, BRAVO.....your rep points have been adjusted accordingly :D :D

That is a great matching pair of Sebenzas, they must have one very happy owner  :)
