Blues got the ball rolling on this in the random thought, however, I thought this might get the attention of those who missed it.

Not looking to pressure anyone into revealing their hoarding status regarding CPK knives so only play if you’d like to. Feel free to post publicly if you’d like, or Elliot did kindly offer to discreetly take PMs with your count to post up for you.

I will try to keep track of the top number and edit the first post with either a username or just a number if the submission is random. I don’t think we will need to go down the picture verification route with most of us, since I’m pretty sure the top players are going to be really well-known around here anyway. If we happen to get into a tiebreaker we may need to. I also think it’s fair to include anything we currently have in preorder status since those are pretty much set in stone given the fantastic reputation we’re dealing with.

Just trying to find king CoCK and I’m genuinely curious how bad some of us have gotten these days. All in good fun everyone. If it goes tits up I’ll delete it or would be in full support of a mod doing the same!

As for my count to kick this thing off? No damn clue. Between 50 and 200. I’ll dig things out when I get inside from the garage later

I have less than 10 (just listed them in the Grail thread), with another half dozen or so having passed through my hands at some point, so I can't play with the big boys here. I think you should have 2 categories of winner, though - 1 for number of acquisitions, and the other for total inchage!

Not into this CoCK game stuff but purely for reference, 54 currently in my possession and 6 on preorder. This count includes one Scrimgeour Folder + (ETA) one Reaper.

Caveat emptor: I don't really own any other brand of knives, for instance never had my hands on anything of Busse Kin, and I'm only into this because of Nathan / Jo plus the fact that "investing" in their work is a no brainer for me at this point. Further, I have been very privileged to collaborate with a few friends who I met on here to assist in moving along their copious collections of knives so I have had my mitts on many brands which I would have otherwise never heard of which has also helped me to reaffirm my absolute belief that at the Mothership's prices and even some inflated secondary prices, CPK designs, manufactures, presents and delivers the best knives that you could possibly come across. I may be somewhat biased but not by very much

I will admit, I am very deep down a black hole, never to return, and though no light may be escaping from this black hole, within it, the CPKs in my possession, are shining very brightly and bringing much enjoyment. . (And as long as I’m down the hole, or in a padded room with a straight jacket on, that won’t change)

I take my hat off to anyone who got into collecting CPKs ~ 2021 or after who has already amassed numbers close to my current 54 because if I had started that late in the game, I'd be at a dozen at most if I were lucky enough!

Ah yes. We have to be well rounded. It would be fun to see your collections, both custom and production, some day.

As an aside, as we get a bit older, do you have an idea as to how you will handle your collection, before shedding this mortal coil. I haven’t quite figured out how to take them with me, when Scotty beams me up, or down, as the case may be.
