Went through the box of finished blades, and found this one that didnt sell the first time around a couple months ago. this is the last one!


OAL- 8 1/2"
blade- 4" long, .157" thick, 7/8" wide at the guard
steel- Aldo's high carbon 1095, forged, with in-house heat treatment
grind- a full, medium convex grind, with distal taper
finish-etched 600 grit finish with hamon
handle-Hickory, with tung oil finsih
guard- 1/4" brass and 1/8" brass pins
sheath- 10oz leather, hand stitched, hot-waxed, with cam, for "snap fit", 3 copper rivets for belt loop
blade fully tested for edge retention and tip strenth before finishing

Joe, i'm getting tempted to take this one. I am a father x4 so i 'qualify' for this special deal.
I already have 3 of your knives and it would be better for someone else to experience how nice your knives are, especially when you use them.
So i will hold off for awhile, but not too long as Father's Day is coming up and i'd want to give myself the gift on the right day.
