The pants you put on...

I work at a hospital and I wear scrubs while I'm there, so my work knife is a Spyderco Delica which I carry IWB.

If I'm really dressed up (wearing a suit and tie) I carry my blade-blade Delica in the jacket pocket.

Lately, I've been EDCing my Alaskan Guide Buck 110 in its pouch on my belt, so it doesn't really matter what pants I'm wearing.

I have a fixed blade that lives on the belt for my jeans. The more formal the trousers the less obvious the knives (who can carry just one???).
If I'm going out I always have 2 in my money pouch.
It used to be that all skirts and dresses had pockets sewn in the side seams. Nowadays few people seem to make them like that or are even aware of seam pockets--except that high quality clothes nearly always have hidden pockets.

If I dress up, I carry a Spyderco Calypso. If I dress down, I carry a Wally-World Native. If I'm at work (VA facility) I carry a Calypso Jr. with alot of miles on it. I frequently carry a necker by Newt Livesay or Darrell Parent

If its going to be formal dress, then its long pants (usally jeans that ain't faded) my belt and a lock back folder like my Katz in a leather sheath, with a spyderco in the front left pocket. If its informal, then its any kind of pants with a fixed blade on the belt, along with the other two knives.
