The pattern that is music to your ears ...

I was just wondering,
Because almost every lock back has an audible lock when opened.
But for a spring back to get audible, it needs some good 'snap'

My new Wharncliffe Copperlock has a very distinct and quite audible closing snap. I find it very pleasing... :thumbsup:
 
I have a Queen City D2 congress that has really nice snap. Fairly light, even pulls, and a really nice feel when opening and closing.

My 73 single blade is a nice one too.

But by far my best knife, from an auditory perspective, is a two blade TC Barlow 15. That knife just sings when you close it.
 
Oh ya, for sure.
This run of Boys knives had particularly good W&T.

ive always liked them as they were when I could get them single blade stock, but modification made for a little stiffer pull thus a more satisfying walk and talk. However one did get a little blade rap from the constant snapping shut :(
