The Perfect candy bar!!

This Christmas I had an epiphany as to what would be the best chocolate bar...EVER. So I started with some extra thick bacon and skewered it in a wavy pattern then baked it crisp. Then we pushed peanut butter fudge into the waves and covered the whole thing in bittersweet chocolate with a hint of sea salt. let them cool a bit in the fridge or outside then remove the skewer before they get too hard. Slice and enjoy. We call them "Dirty Piggies" and they are a Hog's delight for sure. Try it, you will agree!

Wow. . . . . you made those!?!?! Beautiful

You should leave them on the skewers and call the "Sticky Dirty Piggies".

Keeps the hands clean as well.

Oh,and kid you not,I have been in the gourmet confections industry for my entire professional career and these would sell!

You probably could make a million bucks just selling hem here!!

Dirty Piggies?! I think you could see these things and make quite a killing. But just to make sure, I think you should bring some to Blade to that all the HOGs can taste test for you and give you their first hand opinion. Anyone agree?

I was talking to Hunterseeker about making Blade to be inducted as a hog (got a basic4 magnum and plan on an anniversary CG BM). If I get to go I promise to bring some dirty piggies with me if you all promise to eat them over some shots and beer.

At the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, I can go down and get chocolate covered bacon any time of the year. It's pretty amazing. Along with that, my mom makes fried rice with bacon as the meat instead of beef, or other pork.
