The perfect Edc found it

It's like the perfect anything ... we could all just buy that and be done.

In all seriousness I am happy for the OP. As for the rest of us, this is a great time to be into knives ... more variety, more value ... overwhelming actually compared to just a couple decades ago!

I can help... this should be it?

I don't think there is any such thing as the "perfect EDC" but, OP, if you've found a knife that you think is the "perfect EDC" for you, I say, Congratulations!

I hope that you continue to hold this opinion for a long time but I will not be surprised if you find some other knife that you think is even more "perfect" sooner or later.

Why is it the perfect edc?

Size. Read his post.

First post but long time lurker, I registered bc of a new knife i got today. have been searching for a small pocket size but large useable knife for a long time now. Thought a microtech utx-85 was perfect but ended up being a little too big, thought a spyderco dragonfly would be perfect but its too short and far too wide. Next up delica far too wide. Tried southern grind bad money far too big, leatherman cx-33 almost perfect but today i found it. I had mentioned to my girlfriend I wanted a southern tier quill as a gentlemens knife but was expecting a very long knife when I received it. What i got was perfect. In the pics are a yellow dragonfly a beige bad monkey and a microstream for size comparison

So size is the only thing that makes an edc perfect??

I factor way more into things than just that. Blade shape, quality, ergos, geometry.

Well that's just great for you!

Apparently, our new friend O Owen Grady does not. Looking for the right size and found it and that makes it perfect! Congrats and enjoy to Owen!
