Rich, I wish I could engrave like this, no it is by Brian Hochstrat.

Here are some specs:
Mosaic Damascus my own "Zebra Herd" pattern 11" blade, 416 stainless guard, frame and bolsters and oval inlays. Preban ivory scales and hidden pins
Brian's engraving is his usual excellence.
 
Bruce ........... your work never ceases to amaze. This Persian Bowie design and execution is "phenomenal". The flow of this knife and the features like your mosaic damascs, grind lines, complementary bolster design, and your precision fit & finish is amazing in itself, but then it's topped off with Brian's superb engraving. Man 'oh man, this is one exquisite piece, and in my mind qualifies as one of the "Best of the Best". Great job Bruce.
