I tried this test yesterday. my genesis failed several times and only did it once, but my Lynx folder kit from Jantz worked great! i got 3 pieces. Now I have to go find all of the pieces before I leave college. Oh well!

Tried this test with an old Frost Cutlery Bowie once. I'm still picking pieces of Frostwood out of the carpet, and I never have found the darned blade rivets.
