The Police 4 LW might just be the best Spyderco ever.

A match made in heaven.

Very impressed with the lil Chap.
Possibly the sharpest blade I've ever had out of the box. Love how the last bit of the tip is perfectly flat and makes full contact when you lie it on a surface. It's like a micro wharncliffe blade.

Lol. No hate on the Manix but I favor bigger knives. Give me a Manix XXL, possibly serrated, then we're talking haha

Give me a knife with a CBBL, ~5" blade with full length cutting edge, tip down carry, and a handle shape like the Resilience, and I will never want another folding knife.

The Police 5, if it is made in the no-choil form, will do the same for me.

Two K390 plain edge
One K390 serrated edge
One K390 G-10
One VG-10
One PD#1
One Spy27

Looking forward to more, Sal. :)
How about a Sprint run? I would like to see a P4 with G-10, carbon fiber, or both together (like on the Sage 6), with S90V or Magnamax.

Hey Tiny Tim ( tinfoil hat timmy tinfoil hat timmy ), what do you think of your P4 so far?
Haha haven't pulled the trigger yet. Other people's Christmas presents took priority.

Ill find money for it soon. I enjoyed carrying my stainless steel version when I had it so my guess is that this one will be just as good.

I do have a military that I very much enjoy having in the rotation.

Ah, my mistake. I think you'll like it when you pull the trigger.

How was the edge before and after that cut?
Your question got me out of bed (not asleep just reading) to check.

Was slicing paper through the entire blade but not quite shaving last time I checked and or remember but can’t be sure. Not cleanly slicing paper now and snagging/struggling and for sure needs a touch up. Didn’t really think about it but probably a pretty abrasive job. 10 inch thick multilayer foam hacking at it from both sides.

There was dulling for sure. Also was my edge first sharpening on this knife not factory edge. Could resharpen and retest on the stress pieces before I set out for pick up next week bi I am too lazy 😆
