I slaved away for years chasing "the dream" and had most everything normal people want but I was as miserable as you can imagine. Through some strange twists of fate I started working for myself and now have less than I ever had but I'm happier than I have ever been.

I suppose I could never be who I am today without having gone through what I have before but if I had the chance to change things around I would never do what I did before, what a waste of my best years. I would jump at any chance to try something new and make my own way. I'm envious of you Sam. :)
 
Don't envy me, you are doing exactly the same thing! You took control of your path and I hope to as well.
