I have been trying to think of a question that would help guide future guesses. A question that would help me with the quantity of knives will not necessarily help me understand the value. It could be two extremely amazing knives, or 6 beaters. (Not that LW beats on her knives) Or 6 amazing knives, etc.

So.. here goes my question.

Is the value of the box contents less than $8,000?

This kinda reminds me of the tv show with Howie Mandel, "Deal or No Deal"

Cool, I didn't believe the box was full.

You should do another one and not only ask about the price, but about the time it took to get them.
