Titanium was a $1,000.00 option on Customs.
It seems that people want to judge this piece on the price of today's Benchmade M42 Production Model because it has Ti handles.
I have seen ONE Ti-handled Custom. There are more out there. But that ONE was not Anodized. Nor have I heard of them being Anodized, so this is apparently something very special.
As I said in the Balisong Forum...
The chances of finding an ANODIZED, Ti-handled, LATCHLESS Custom with Jody Samson's Name on the blade is about the same as hitting the lottery and being struck by lightning going to cash the ticket in.
The mere fact that no one has even heard of them doing an ANODIZED Ti-handled Custom is indicative of the beast.
That being the case, if I had the disposable income that allowed it, I would buy it and smile.
It seems that people want to judge this piece on the price of today's Benchmade M42 Production Model because it has Ti handles.
