  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

The PROPER way to break in a new Becker knife.

Jeez, ya'll like cuttin' yourself alot around here lately.

In the old days, a blade wasn't yours until you bled on it, and it could never be given to another whole, it had to be broken.

No shit.

Remember the laws of the blade.

-You don't own it, it is a partnership. The knife can't work without you, and you can't work with out the knife.
-Never abuse your knife, and it will never abuse you.
-Feed it regular, nothing likes to go hungry
-If it tastes your blood, remember to honor it, as a worth opponent
-Never give your blade to someone without getting something in return. Even a penny is something.
-Never cut towards yourself, the knife doesn't know what its cutting, only that it is cutting.
-When in doubt, think "What will happen if this lets go".
-Flesh is weaker than steel, but steel is weaker than the spirit. Combine them all, for best results.
- "If you use this knife for anything other than cutting, you will be disappointed with the results"

This has been brought to you by the letter K, and the number 7. Drink milk, eat vegetables, and get laid every chance you can get.

And for the older folks out there....

Never pass a bathroom
Never waste wood
Never trust a fart

This has been a public service announcement brought to you by tacklef##k forge.

Beckers are hungry knives, if you don't keep them fed on a healthy diet of wood and other essential natural resources... they will inevitably go for flesh. And oh yes, there will be blood.
