I mailed one overseas to a friend, the postage was as much as the book....crazy.

If you use the post office tell them you are shipping books or literature and request the "media rate".

Standard media rate does not apply international. The M-Rate international bag is $51.70 up to 11 lbs.
Believe me, I tried every angle. UPS was even worse, they quoted me over $100 for the book.

I'm not sure, Hunter, the seller said it is an early 103. But the blade is not modified,
the finger groove looks factory made. I think it is a pre factory 110.

What's the idea of renaming the skinner blade from 110 to 103 and giving the nr. 110 to the folding hunter while it already was given to a knife ?
