Didn't I hear something about a heat wave in Europe? Soak a towel, drape it over that thing, set it next to a fan, so that the air has be pulled through the towel. Instant cooler.

good idear, but thought Berlin was pretty humid and evaporative cooling only works well in low mid 30s and under relative humidity. in america we say west of the mississippi where its drier. swamp cooler country in the old days....
