The Roadie Picture Thread

Does anyone know if the Endura 4 in Super blue is still available? I know,it was a sprint run,but anyone know where i could purchase one?

Hey. I'm so upset. I really love the knive. Very interesting. The edge however was not that sharp. I lost the base of my spyderco edge maker. So I tr to sharpen myself and I scrach the blade. For a tiny knife with good steel the angle sucks. I'm upset I ruened it.
BTW, I buy ruened knifes...

Back on track ... posted this on the mothership's forum as well

Very cool stuff, guys. I think I really want a red or grey one, but I'll wait to see some real-world pictures. The stock pictures of the scale colors are a bit misleading, IMO. I've never really been interested in a little traditional-styled folder, but this one has piqued my interest.

Another red/blue holdout here, but the black looks great and I'm happy to hear about the blade thickness...

Wow! Much smaller than I imagined. This is why REAL pics are needed of knives with size comparisons.

Waiting for a Red Roadie pic posted before I decide if I need one.

Here is mine. When I first saw it I thought of a Beluga Whale. I really like the ease of opening and it feels precise and has good snap in the open position and when closing in the 1/2 stop position. I have previously stayed away from knives with FRN handles but this feels quite classy, not cheap at all. The hump allows you to get lots of tip pressure and it works great as a box opener when the kids toys arrive. While I like the look of the thick blade, it predictably doesn't slice that well so it probably won't replace a similarly sized traditional for family outings (cutting cheese, summer sausage, and the like). Fit and finish is great and I certainly have no regrets with the purchase.

I'm thinking about picking up a roadie in the next day or two. It reminds me of this Wusthof knife I nearly grabbed from the exchange.

How are the roadies holding up, to the people who have them? Still like them? I keep waiting until the red or orange shows up. The roadie makes me think of a modern peanut knife.

I'm liking mine more and more. It's basically a Spyderco peanut but much easier to open than a peanut. And it came very sharp.

I saw one at my local shop and it's a must have! It's a nice knife and the blade was thicker than I expected! It's just a plain ol simple nice knife.
