First off, these are my first two knives from Mark. They just arrived today so they haven't even gotten dirty yet but I can see they are built for work. These are just outstanding. The knives are perfect and I can't wait to fill the pouch up with some good stuff. Now onto the pics....

Thanks guys. It's kinda hard to pick but I think I would have to go with the natural micarta. That is the one I saw first and bought first but they are both just about perfect. Looking at them side by side there are a few subtle differences. The natural one has a little thicker handles but the green one is just a hair longer.

They are both extremely sharp. I like the care Mark took on the finish of the handles. They are very smooth and have almost a semi-gloss finish to them. I think he said he used some type of wax in the finishing of them. He can correct me if I'm wrong on that one.

The backs (spine) are nice and squared and would work well on a ferro rod to start a fire. There is a lot of steel near the tip for reinforcement but then it comes to an abrupt point.

The grinds on the knife are kind of new to me. I do have a few Mora's, a Helle and a Spyderco Bushcrafter but these are a higher grind. I'm an idiot with sharpening but these look like they would be easy to maintain in the field.

The sheaths are a different story. I really am a leather person but I love the compact nature of the kydex. I am really torn on these because there are things about each of them that I really like. They are both very well made too.

Guess I will quit rambling for now and will update after they have gotten some use.
