The "secret" of a comfortable knife

the one thing that makes a knnife comfortable for me is... a choil. unfortunately i can't see myself picking up a knife without one for fear of cutting my pointer finger off.

Interesting thread. Shows that no one knife is right for everone. Lots of different "favorites".
