The Sincerest Form of Flattery

:
I am hopefully going to make it to one o our largest G & K shows next month. It may take me all day to walk it and I will surely "pay" for it in the days to follow.

I am anxious to see if there are any Khukuris availible and if so what.
All I have ever seen is the cheap ones we all know of.

We went to a small show not too long ago and one of the dealers had one of the CS models.I had my 18" AK with me and we compared them.

The CS was an interesting knife and a lot heavier than what I expected, but the dealer was very impressed with the AK.

Off topic a bit. There was one of the Persian curved daggers (Jambaya? I always have a hard time spelling that one.) there made from what appeared to be the real wootz steel. If I had of been a real serious collector I would have bought that one.It had a spirit also.A very old spirit.

Jeff - If I were a Nepali, I won't do that! Of course! I just won't do that even if you pay me USD 1,000 to do that! SAFETY FIRST

Yvsa I have wanted one of those ever since I saw Lawrence of Arabia. I don't know how to spell it either.

"Oh, a magic khukuri. Why didn't you say so?"
