The SJTAC is under rated. Why so little love?

I had one for a short time and traded it to Rus, my experiance with the SJTAC was it was to large for my hunting needs and two small to do any real chopping. Was my first busse and has sucessfully insured that I am now broke
 
I never really liked the handles. I do like the handles very much on the originals and the current version.
