The slimline trapper returns

I know the feeling. I’m thinking about just keeping this one in the couch, so that I know where it is.

Congrats on finally and unexpectedly finding that slimline trapper, H&S!:) That's a good-looking knife!
Congrats on the new green Cadet, too!:cool::thumbsup:
Maybe it's a rare knife-locating knife that you can rent out to folks who've lost a knife.

Wouldn't that be nice, maybe as I'm walking down the street lost knives will just attract themselves to it like a magnet :D

I was watching the World Series the other night with my 8 yr old son. I got up and went to the kitchen to get something and my son yelled to me from the couch “what’s this knife made of?” I reached into my pocket and it was empty. I looked over and my son was holding my Case swayback jack. I didn’t even know it was missing yet but he had found it on the couch. Luckily I didn’t even get that “lost knife” feeling.

I lost an AG Russell funny folder, and found it in a reclining chair I was disposing of, I had already bought a replacement, so a double win, the replacement became a gift for my father. It had been missing for quite a while, and while I was breaking down the recliner it dropped out of the workings onto the garage floor...I swear, them recliners and couches have an appetite for pocketknives :)

Definitely, and luckily the fancy new TV remotes have a homing beep so you can find them.

I actually know someone who had a recliner they bought at an estate sale and eventually found a loaded snubnose .38 inside it  I wouldn't be surprised if it was on police record as lost or stolen.

Congrats on finding it. I had a Schrade Uncle Henry Serpentine small stockman I thought I had lost, and later, my wife found it in the glove box of our car. It was like a good feeling came over me when it happened.

This is the key! Sometimes I'll pick a knife and put it under my driver's seat or couch cushion just to appease the knife stealing monsters. ;):D
