FiL came back from the hospital tonight, with his new robo-heart.
Hopefully that'll keep 'im ticking a while longer.
For some reason the wife was totally wiped out, so I've been on dinner and dishes duty.
No pics, but the BBQ ribs rocked!
May have dipped a tad bit too heavily into the red wines. Hopefully nobody needs a drive anywhere.

Trying out some new brews tonight, watched the Mariners game and then a Australia vs. Fiji test rugby match too. Good times...

Made a fishing Opinel years ago (epoxied open blade and closed lock, grippy ranger band handle) but was never able to use it cuz I never made a sheath. So I went fishing a few days ago, and finally closed the door on the sheath problem in the most hillbilly way I could think of

The funniest part is that when it came to actually cleaning some fish, my kid used her BK7. No picture of that but here she is a few days earlier making a fire with it.



By the way, that was my virgin BK7 that she informed me two weeks ago is now hers. Can't be mad at that
