I just got my Tenacious couple days ago and was so impressed with it, I went ahead and ordered anther one.

The G-10 handle was very grippy, it was a little small but its got very good ergonomics.

The blade was shaving razor sharp straight out of the box. Don't really know how the edge will hold but I am sure it will be super sharp again after couple times on the sharp maker. Did I mention it is only 30 dollars plus shipping! :D

congrats on your Tenacious Projek

Yup, the Tenacious is pretty sweet, the texture of the G10 on this one seems about right to me, awesome blade and build quality:cool:

Made in China, Ok! that would not stop me from buying it. But just wanted to put that out.

Thats good, the way I figured is I collect/use knives and this passion should never be mixed in with politics.

Thanks actually this is my third Spyderco, my first one was the Harpy SS handle, but I gave that away because its too slippery. My second one is the S90V CF handle.

I saw the Tenacious in an on line store I shop at. It looks very nice for the money. I asked over on the general discussion forum if anyone had any experience with one. I have an Endura, but I like the flat ground blade on the Tenacious better. G10 handles and some new steel I am not familiar with. I thought I remembered seeing a Spyderco forum somewhere. Have any of you used yours much?

hi HornDog i've used my PE Tenacious some, nothing prying or abusive, mostly cardboard /foodstuff and it is a lotta folder for the money....as long as you're not gonna baton with it....and don't mind liner locks, I recommend this folder highly...now you could spend around 5-6x the money for a full flat ground Endura4 in foliagegreen G-10....or wait for the revamped Police in full flat ground mode....ya can't go wrong for $30 something imho ;)
