The Spydie itch

I like the manix2, just little knowledge of the BBL. Price is good too. I think that'll be the next one, but as we all know, probably not the last.
Thanks for all your input!

Hi Blades&wrenches,

Thanx for the interest and support.

I would suggest a Delica 4 in a full flat grind. After a D3, it will give you an opportunity to see how we continuously refine. You can also get one in an exotic steel like ZDP-189.

Sal,
First off, it's refreshing to see an owner/designer take time to respond. For that I thank you, and it speaks volumes.
Second, I have handled a Delica 4, and while I will agree that there is noticeable refinement, I don't feel it would get much pocket time. I am looking for something slightly larger like the Manix2. Size is spot on what I want and you gotta love that S30V. Plus it's made in the good ol' USA.
Thanks again for taking an interest in the little guy.

I have been carrying my Manix 2 G10 S30V last few days and love the knife. I also have a M2 LW in BD-1 and that is a great knife also.

I pared down to one Spyderco, a Salt 1 SE, that is my dive and and all around travel knife. Made it about one year and now I find that I'm craving the very knives I got rid of. Got a PM2 the other day in 204P, and I bought a Caly 3.5 in CF/ZDP off Amazon for a great price. They are back ordered on them, so it remains to be seen if they will ever deliver on it. They took my money, though.

I would recommend the Domino or Camo/DLC Military for your next knife. Just my 2 pennies.

Fair enough. Thanx.

Caly 3 or 3.5.
The Calys are thin with a deep pocket clip, and they have plenty of blade for everyday use.
+1, but I would go with VG10 variant :)

If you thinking about M2, check out LW model. Spyderco recently released M2 LW with S110V. They are disapeared, but I see them in "For sale section" of BF quite often and at reasonable price.
