On September 30,2018 Zeb Deming, Jack Stottlemire and the boys from NJSB will be running a smelt at The Sterling Forest Visitors Center,116 Old Forge Rd, Tuxedo Park, NY 10987. It is a celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Visitors Center. Sterling is also where the iron came from to build the Great Chain that spanned the Hudson River from West Point to Constitution Island to keep the British from gaining control of the river.
The Forge that made the bar for that chain was recently found in the park and we want to see it declared a "National Landmark". This is the 1st effort to do so. If at all possible we would love to see you there.
