Here's an oldie I stumbled upon about an hour west of me. Didn't even know what it was at first. Buck custom 953 sweep point fillet. Only 40 some were made. You can never know when and where these old knives will pop up.

Early start to the SPS and already some awesome knives available for viewing. Thank you Armand for the enjoyment of the GSOE each week.

Armand love that little BCCI Tattoo

Skyler very nice stag on that filet knife (never seen one of those), Whats the story behind the boomerang barber pole 903?

Brownwm sweet pair that 120 & 110 make!

Like Skyler said you never know what you may find when your out Buck hunting. I found this pair a nice 976 & 909 set in bleached Elk.

It is a pleasure for me to put a knife Picture into your GSOE every week.
Thank you for prepairing the platform every week.
JB, These knives are gorgeous.
Skyler, the 903 makes my mouth water.

As always we are off to a great start to the SPS. Everyone's blades look great though I wanted to compliment Skyler especially on his 953. Don't recall seeing one of those before. Quite an interesting and attractive blade and I really like the looks of the sheath as well. I'd like to know the story behind the knife.

I really like the deer head "cutout" in your Buck blade. I look at that cutout image, and with the handle, I think "in the woods" on a fall day. Is there a Buck collection out there with these "cutout" designs?

Most enjoyable SPS already, and only early morning....

Some fantastic looking Bucks already today:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:Keep them coming:thumbup::thumbup:Old, New, Used, Unused, Custom, Production, Accessories, etc...We love all things Buck and love to see them:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:JB, What an amazing set to have in Sun Bleached Elk:thumbup::thumbup:Only the second 909 I seen in Stag:thumbup::thumbup: Last weekend it was in the 60's so My wife and I did a little trout fishing at the club:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Now its back in the 20's and snowing a good deal, so looks like I just get to eat the trout today:D Here's whats on the menu...Tiger Trout:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

With my 701 dressed up in pearl:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:don't worry, I didn't fillet the Tiger with the 701:Dwish I had Skyler's 953 for that task:D:D:thumbup::thumbup:

As always my wife caught and released the biggest fish of the trip. Quite the Brown trout. Would look good mounted next to the 110 Brown trout Knife a few of you have:thumbup::thumbup:

I don't know the whole story behind Skyler's pearl 903 but the most recent portion of the story reminds me of Haebbie's "would you" thread. After much back and forth I sent the 903 Skyler traded me a couple years ago back to him in order to get my hands on the Brass butt Kalinga I've shown off the past few weeks. I keep telling myself things happen for a reason while at the same time paying for therapy to try and erase all memory of the pearl 903 from my head. Thanks for the reminder just when I thought there was progress:eek::eek::eek:

I get to look at this everyday so it makes the pain seem a little less painful;)

One last thing I wanted to share is a neat 1988 Dealer price sheet I was able to get earlier this week. Thought a few of you would like to see it. Wish I could order all 42 off the sheet still. OK, make it 84. One of each in pearl and one of each in Mastodon..... If we were only so lucky:grumpy::D:grumpy::D

Thanks once again ITE for getting this going!

Love seeing some of the old Custom Shop stuff!

Nothing fancy from me this week. I've been too busy to shoot anything. Here's a selector I picked up. Other than a couple of 110s I converted myself, this is my only blade changer.

Thank You again ITE for starting the Greatest Show. Lots of real nice Bucks on the show today. For my part is a 120 with some of my German beer mugs.

I was playing around online and came across a blurry for sale ad for two buck knives. Just so happened it was in Rolla which is a short drive from me on I44. He had the 953 fillet and a sambar stag 112 both from the custom shop and in mint condition. He turned out to be a war vet with a bunch of knives and guns and needed to start selling off to pay for medical bills. Those were the only two bucks he had. Didn't know what it was at first but I knew it had to be rare. He wasn't the original owner so it's hard telling where or how he got them but I couldn't pay him fast enough.

Don't ever shave that beard Mike.

My grandson is going to love this 112...
He's all about semi trucks... Schwan's ...

112 Schwan's ...
