I thought I might like them, so I bought this one early in 2011. This will be one of the first to go when I decide to thin out a few old knives. They are nice, but just not my thing.

Stumps, great pics like always... You have some bad a&^ knives... I want just one of your 110s... ;)

edbeau, nice picture and 110...

Stelth, I have always liked that 521 size knife... Nice pices too...

Desky, now that's one sweeet Boone & Crockett Kalinga and some good pics of it... Makes me want to get one... ... Nice small Classic too...

JB, That's a nice gold etch 110... Boy, I need to find one for sure... Great pictures to by the way...

Ged, I hear that those 300 china knives made really good... They sure do look good...

Sitflyer, I really like your 113s... I still don't have one in my collection...

Flea market find. It's 2-line micarta spacer 119 in beautiful unused condition. 69-72 for this varitation. I graduated HS in 71...wish I was collecting way back then. It always amazes me that I can find 20 to 40 year old Bucks in unused condition. I imagine they've lived in the back of a dresser drawer or some such place.

sitflyer....I really like the sleek look of one with no pins, but I REALLY like the pinned one. It's like it is all dressed up for Sunday.:thumbup::thumbup:

You do beautiful work!!!

I even like the wood they are posing on for their picture. :)

Thanks Stumps :)
I really like the way these feel in hand, and the blade shape and high grind!...I need to make a back pocket sheath or send one off to a kydex bender...I want to try one out as an EDC user...maybe the one that's on it's way to me from Post Falls ;)

I hate to be a copycat, but I have nearly the same story as Geddinight. We were at wallys on Friday to pick up a couple new pillows, so I hopped over to sporting goods hoping to pick up a clearance 119. None there, in fact I asked if they had any and that little 373/379 combo pack was the last Buck in the store. Well, I had to give em a home so here they are.

You can say what you want about the chinese bucks, but these are some tight, good looking little slippies.

Just got my 112 back from Leroy Remer at Triple-R-Knives, he did a beautiful job,

Mil, boy did Leroy Remer do a great job on your 112... I need to go see him next weekend... I have a few knives that need a little cleaning...

Thanks for sharing on the SPS... Nice pics too... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:

So the brass 111 exists in the real world and not just in legend. Armand!

Leroy hasn't performed his magic act on it yet I guess. How bad can it be? I would leave it as found unless there was an overwhelming reason not to.

Another vote for full disclosure.

Thank you ITE for the excitement, wonder & joy.

Steve, there is nothing wrong with the 111, it just needs a little cleaning and I'm having a little fun with it... ;)
I'm going to try and go see Leroy this weekend or I might just leave it the way it is...
Maybe I'll wait till the 25th reunion... ITE ... ...

At least we who would love to see this Grail 111, got to see a glimpse of its butt this week ;)
