Nice set. I have the two rosies and though I don't use them very much, they are very nice knives and will stay in my collection.

No new knives for me this week, as usual:(, but here is an action pic of my Vanguard from yesterday.
The Vanguard is a really great design. Good size, weight, balance and feel for a fixed blade. I've got a rubber ATS-34 and a rosy S30V.

Those Mast. Ivory canoes were supposed to be cracked at a rivet and were sold as seconds at factory store. BUT, I didn't care, it didn't look bad to me. Great blades..... The AGRussell catalog versions selling for a whole lot of Green Bucks.....more than I could pay.

There is a very small crack on mine. Doesn't look bad to me, either, especially since for me it's a user. I'm considering bidding on one that has a lot of cracks. Gives it character. They may be seconds, but they aren't listed on the box as FB's, they are listed as BO's, so there's always the Buck warranty if a scale breaks off, but I doubt that will happen. I'm sure it was epoxied well.

Yeah, that AG Russell pair ... they are what I call "Lottery wins" - something I'll treat myself to if I were to actually win a lottery. :D:)
