Wild?

Wild?
You couldn't handle looking wild. :)

Here is wild and here is an idea for a different thread. Thank you Chris. And, it would probably be more interesting with women's faces. But what about "In Your Face" photos? Forget about using clever settings, acrylic knife stands, mood lighting or fancy special effects. None of that. Nope. Have the cutlery literally in your face... I'm thinking. Hmmmmmmm. This could take a while. I'll get back to you on it (face is for radio).

Now just a darn minute D.

I haven't even been drinking but I know that the above post is over the top.

You, however, are well-known as the voice of reason and moderation in all things. You should rise up and beat me from the forum for even suggesting faces as knife stands. And, while being self-critical, children should not be allowed to read this thread. Uh uh. No minors.

I'm just a child in the great scheme of things , with shoulders and a big grey beard .

Looks like this thread was almost highjacked , I'll fix it , here is my vanguard

OMG.....Wow, what a fantastic SPS you guys have put on today! I just got home from a 12 hour work day and this has made my day, thank you to one and all. I want one of each of your Buck knives folk's:eek:.

No energy to pull out the camera, so I'll post an old photo with a little Buck gold.

What an awesome SPS! Lots of great knives shown this week

Here are a couple of new additions. First is a Buck 119 with stacked leather handle. The box is labeled 0119-CA-0 CAT 1534. It's got a 1995 date stamp so I presume it's one of the 350 made for The Cutlery Shoppe.

Pretty little 102 with stacked leather handle.

Bad and hkingdom, these stacked leather 100 series knives really caught my eye, they look so good in a classic way

Yes, that's correct. The 119 was the special edition made for the cutlery shoppe. That knife looks simply great.

Rich, the kids sure look like happy and healthy. What terrific gifts for them to receive from such an outstanding role model Karen Hood. Thank you for the photos.

Stumps,

Sooner or later you are going to have to FACE IT that she married me for my taste in cutlery and not judgement or looks.

And, I've given the thread some consideration and think that this works better in order to display the cutlery without inordinate fear on the part of the viewer.
