The Sunday Picture Show... (10-3-2010)

I rather buy knives than display them... I think, but it looks like fun... But maybe someday... I hope to make the next show up in Eugene,OR... I need to see what Joe H has for sale... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:

I will see you there on Sunday. I'll be the one pre-occupied looking at cutlery.:D

Here's that 811^ from the bag of tricks... Mine doesn't have the Work-Man stamped on the blade, only the handles has it... Some came with the stamp and some didn't... ITE ...

Excellent.

Do you have any pics of the whole blade? Pretty please. Or, is yours stuck in the blister pack too?

No, I carry and use mine . A honey hole find . But it has the full blade, with the little man at anvil worded, Buck TM
WORK-MAN
I've sharpened it a few times and it acts like 425M steel though a year off but theres usually some bleed over in manufacturing . So, I'm holding on to it . I think it makes a good bird and trout or apple and cheese knife . DM

Man! There were 13 (#10 through #22) posts in a row earlier with no pictures! Is this a picture show or a chat room! :D

Displaying at a show is just sort of a natural progression of what guys do here by showing photos of there knives . My wife and I love displaying, interacting and talking with people about the models . Looking for Buck models at the various tables and enjoying the food . A man comes with a cooking trailer and cooks some wonderful BBQ beef brisket . Some people come out just for that . Its a whole other dimension/extension of this forum . Plus, thats where I get lots of my story material . DM :)
