This one I store in my drawer.

The blade is from the a 119DM, but it has no stamp.

Best,
Haebbie

Haebbie:

That is an elegant knife.

Here is the latest addition to the herd. It is a sweet little 1963-1966 102, mint in original box with original paperwork. Hopefully, the photo is clear enough for one to read the knife care instructions, which show that the knife came from the old Federal Blvd location.

This photo was made after my discussion about the whiskey quality.
Somebody ;) recommended to me Maker's Mark but I haven't found such in Russia.
The bottle color scale gamma is close to the colors of sheath and knives design.

Sunday visual education.
305, Lancer, The 'Do I Have To Wear A Tie?' 'Fingernail' Knife, FIRST model, made by Camillus, 1966-67, Scale rivets, BUCK Made In U.S.A. on tang, NO model number on reverse tang, TWO brass scale liners (liner and spacer). Hard to believe its 44 years old!

IMG_2000.jpg

Even if this is a MIB the clip and spring need a hair of adjustment to be perfectly straight.

Reverse view, no model number on tang

Close-up of double brass spacers. Actually liner and spacer. But just call them spacers. Here you can see the spring or blade issue. It should not matter but these little guys are hard to work on when they are assembled. Big fingers, little parts.

55BRS-B, the 55, 1/2 of the 110, under 2 oz (54 grams), under 6 inches OA. Pictured eerily, sandwich-style, with a FG 110 and a two dot 110. (photographed early this morning, in the dark, with flash and flashlight, so somewhat harsh result vs warm daylight result like last pic)

Really like both knives and could see adding more variations of both. The 119 is my first fixed blade Buck. The 110 is my 2nd one (actually third but haven't been able to locate my old 110 from the 70's) but my first "custom" so to speak.

As it is 10/31/2010, that makes it Halloween here in the states. So I'll put up a FarnkenBuck 110, that's right a Frankenstein fixed blade version of a 110.

After Haebbie things look very plain. Here is my only Bos treated blade knife. I got the belt buckle off the bay this week.

Not a whole lot to show this week that's new, but here's a couple of new sheath's that I recieved this week. I've ordered another just like these but for a 118. Also one each of the three in brown. Real nicely made and attractive sheaths I think.
