The Sunday Picture Show... (11-10-2013)

I find it hard to believe that there is still a BuckLite out there that you don't already have ITE!! :)

Thanks for getting another SPS starting on this fine Sunday morning!!:thumbup:

I have an unusual 301 to post today…unusual because of the serrated blade.

That is pure genius!
I avoid serrated blades on my knives, but having a 3 blade knife with one of them serrated is pretty darn appealing!!

What is the second from the bottom? Can't read the markings but I doesn't look familiar. Is it another model like a 119 or 120 that's had the blade modded?

Here is a better pic I just took of it Bad, yes ITE, it's a 103 ;)... it came to me used, and without a proper sheath. I fell in love with some pics I had seen of RRR's clip mods on these, so I decided to give my hand a try at it. I understand this may be sacrilege to some, but for me this knife will be in use for the rest of my days, and I really like it. Pictured with a 500 Duke that came to me severely abused, broken blade, and used as a hammer by some fool...Buck put a new blade in it for me, and even sanded out and polished most of its scars. I was so impressed with this that I took off the beat up scales and added some beautiful elk from a round given to me by Jerad from Jag Knives, this is one of my top favorite Bucks now :)

Haebbie, nice Sharks...

Michael (mwputnam), that's a sweet 110... Made by LR and WBC...

I guess it's the blade that was throwing me for a loop. I've not see a 103 with a clip point like that. I guess I'll be hitting the BCCI website for a little research cause it like that profile much better then the usual one.

Great show everyone!! You all have some fantastic Buck knives.

Chris, I was hoping you might post all of those beauties together like that…thanks!!

Welcome to the forum Rickjamezb. I like your photos and your 111 a lot!!

Michael, is Bully an English bulldog?? Pit?? It's hard to tell because I can't see his eyes. :)

Badhammer….that one looks wild!!

Good to see you posting bucksway.

Dale…that AG even looks razor sharp in a photo!!

Thanks everyone!! :thumbup::thumbup:

What a great SPS! Thank you everyone for sharing.

Well there's still a little time left so I'll add this beauty to the show.

It's a 501BO that Mark was kind enough to allow me to obtain (thank you!). It goes perfect with my Custom Shop 110 Rams Horn/NS and 192 Rams Horn!

Bully is part Pit and part English. He has the most personality of any dog I've owned.

My pleasure!!

While you browse the catalogs, if you find anything let me know. I have attached a photo of mine. I was told it was a custom after market but I have seen 4 now, yours, mine and two on the bay.

And thanks for your pic ChicoMike! That one looks great

I really love the looks of the custom clip point 103's :)

Here are some of the ones I saw posted from the past that got me interested in them:

Great knives so far! Here is a Buck 103 that Leroy Remer and I built for a benefit recently. Hope you enjoy!

Wow Great Knives Guys!
Here is a Buck 103 Clip Point Skinner I finished with a Sambar Stag Handle. Leroy Remer of Triple R Knives did the blade work.

I don't know if this qualifies as an "oddity" since it was no accident and there are a few others out there like it, but here is a factory clip point 103.
