The Sunday Picture Show... (12-13-2020) . . . (OLD Show Look at the DATE...)

Hi All, what a fantastic SPS you have going today! So many beautiful Buck knives to see and appreciate (that word is almost an understatement maybe the word lust after is more like it). Thank you to all who post in these weekly events provided by our host Armand a true Buck Brother to all of us. Wow it's finally raining here in California so it's gray and gloomy outside, your great photos are a bright ray of light as I love the big Bucks, the medium Bucks, the small Buck, heck I love them all!





 
No Bowies at my house larger than 119’s, but here is one from 1991 that has covered a lot of ground, or er water with me. 549 Fishlocker:

View attachment 1473024 View attachment 1473025 View attachment 1473026 Here are 2 New Old Stock 111's. They have never been out of the bags until today. The handle slabs were embossed/coined in a die in a drop hammer. The identical patterns on both knives attest to this fact.
I don't know much about leather work, but the similarities of the sheaths makes me wonder if leather can be "tooled" in a like fashion.
