The Sunday Picture Show... (12-30-2012)

For display this week is a 305 Lancer with "BUCK" shield. No date code. Bringing production in house from Camillus, this would be the earliest Buck mfg Lancer c.1985.

Great picture show everyone. Santa brought me this sterling Buck 525 with the Buck Logo. This completes my set of all 4 sterling 525's. The 525 down front engraved with "DAD" is a pretender to watch out for. It's called the 525 Classic and is aluminum, not sterling but the coin pattern is identical. It does not have the same luster as a sterling when the two are next to each other, there will not be a hallmark on the edge, and the blade is not mirror polished. Also, it comes in a standard box, not a jewel case. Somewhere I have the recent sterling 525 build out and couldn't find it for this photo....I must really have too many now....

I can't contribute because I'm laying in my tent with almost no reception,but the cell did pull in the SPS after a while and I sure did enjoy all the pictures!!
