The Sunday Picture Show... (12-8-2019) . . . (OLD Show Look at the DATE...)

Nice knives so far everyone!
My SwissBuck collection. Buck Knives did a collaboration with Wenger from 1992 till 1996 to help improve counter top sales. Wenger manufactured the knives and placed a Buck scale on the handle. The main difference between Wenger knives and Buck, the SwissBuck had a clip point main blade where Wenger had a spear point, with a couple of exceptions. The model names were similar to Wenger but Buck put their own twist on them. The display case was made by me and is similar to Bucks just larger. There were 17 models of SwissBucks.

I like the display case. I should try something like that. I did not realize until looking at your display that there were two variations of the SwissMate I, need to check what I have. The Attache still eludes me. Here are a couple SwissBuck accessories, a display stand and a sheath.

edit: almost forgot, I think there is also a very rare sterling variation.

I had not seen the stands. The SwissBuck in the stand is the Greensmaster, it was one of the more difficult tools to find. The sheath I have seen but do not have one.

I love this show every week, beautiful knives and Makeal those sheaths are a work of art ,I don't know if you ship to Canada ,but I'd love to have some sheaths made. For my Bucks.

I'm still heartbroken we couldn't do one like that for my 212.:D:D Awesome looking

Thanks Armand for the show as always and thanks everyone for putting up the great pics. Looking at y'all's amazing pieces is the best way I wind down on Sunday. (That and I just discovered a vape juice that tastes like a great cigar with vanilla and cognac:cool::cool::D
Share the name of the juice please
Tried a lot but nothing comes close to the cigars I had

Nice knife. I love it. Question: Is it a 110 with a 111 handle or is it a 111 with a 110 blade? We had this discussion years ago. Are there new opinions? Mine has no number. I say it is a 111. :);):D:thumbsup:

I'd say it's a 111 with a 110 blade for sure Herbert. Now some information on these Bob Timberlake 111 knives, take a look at the Burl Bolster on mine (it's bigger and the curve is longer) look at the Burl bolster on Herbert's it's noticeably smaller. I found mine on the large auction site with no box or other paper work so I don't know if all the first issue knives are like mine looks wise. These were made for Bass Pro Shop in 2005, model number B111-BT-0, called Burl Elk W/Chipflint, 50 made, Info found on the BCCI News Letter yearly SO/LE list By Joe H. Then in 2009 Buck made some for the factory store sale (this sale had a list sent to a few BCCI folks who could then buy via mail order), Model number 0111 EKSBT-B, 111 Burlwood Chip Flint Blade, amount made/sold ?, info pulled from the 2009 Factory store sale order form.

Hope you all find this bit of information interesting.
