The Sunday Picture Show... (2-20-2011)

A bit of 110 history.

The Honey Worm Grooved Bone scales with Nickle Silver Bolster Brown Leather sheath and S30V Blade was a BCCI fundraiser knife in 2004.

Richard Mathney's notes says there were 100 made with brass, and only 26 with NS

These were priced at $85 ea. Reference the Fall 2004 BCCI news letter.

PR, very nice 110s... Now I need to find me a pair of them someday...

Here is one Ive had for a long time and have no idea how I aquired it. Seems like it could be unique though.

Edit: Boy . . . I did a great job wiping the figers marks off the blade for the photo-op . . . . . oops.

I think that's a "Tiffany's". It's sterling silver, right?

Hi All,

Thanks for all the fantastic Buck photo's.
Herbert, you got a super deal on that Turkey 110, the box alone is worth half what you paid!

For today's SPS a set of Alpha folders, a 278 and a 279 both have cut out blades.

I have a long list of photos I need to get around to snapping. For now, some of the web special 301/302s or Solitaire's as they're called. These are pretty slick knives.

The Buck build out Eagle 279 was a real deal! I have a few more LE/SO 279's and I still need to find one that was made for SMKW's that has a bunch of stacked antlers in the white handle.....one day i'll find one of those;).
