The Sunday Picture Show... (2-24-2019) . . . (OLD Show Look at the DATE...)

Wow, there's a lot of beautiful knives on here today. Thank you all for sharing. Don't forget to hit that like button. That just lets everybody know you noticed their knife. It's a little slow today but hopefully it will liven up. Keep the pictures coming. Save some for next week and so on. Thanks again, ITE

Welcome Chilebrown to the SPS. That's a beautiful DY buck knife you got there. Everyone's welcome here to share their buck knives. New, old, broken or just your everyday carry knife. Hope to see more of your knives we love pictures. ItsTooEarly
Thankyou, I hope to share other Buck 110's in the future. I have been following The Sunday Picture show for awhile but could never figure out how to post pictures. Thanks for the help from Mr. Gedlicks and I will be posting in the future.

I use 6 1100 lumins Led bulbs. My place is dark. We have alot of shade for the heat in the summer...
Your bottom pic looks good, a little more light on the edges and it'll be perfect...

That arrowhead 110 looks real familiar...;);)

Thanks sassafrassdogs3 for the lightning information. I need to find the little brother to the arrow head 110. I believe it's a 503 maybe.

Hi kossetx,

This 919 (recycled model number) variation was issued in 2012 with the mosaic pins. This is the second Elk 919 issue the first 919 Elk scaled version came with silver pins. These have also been made with wood scales and paperstone scales.

James,

Those are all a great fit to the odd category, and they are fantastic looking Buck knives.

Thanks James, I have all of them. Apparently I need one more...

Here are some oddball crosslocks that were limited production as well as a few prototypes.

Yes they are..The top 2 on the right with skeletonized (sic) handles are strangely beautiful to me but the white micarta with the socket is the coolest!!

A little late with this. I finally broke down and got one, but it fits in this thread as a 'Unusal Knife'. This photo is of a 71/4 inch Buck/Mayo discontinued Model 151 in sV30. Box sticker is Jan. 2007. A no handle scale neck knife. But, I don't plan to carry it that way. I think I need to get some thin fancy burl slabs, maybe in oak, some fancy rivets, maybe something to put in the small finger guard area. The top that off with a tilted butt forward really nice double belt loop sheath. I liked the Kaala for it's shape, size and point. Now I will fancy it up some more. 300

No knife will be injured in this project.

300 I remember years ago seeing the smaller version of this model (Smidigen?) that had a handle added..I thought it was a excellent idea and the same goes for this one. I'm putting the 151 on my short list for a similar project! A horizontal shieth might work well for this blade length. I love odd Bucks like this!
