This set, 015/100, while a little later than I like to collect, still has three beautiful knives in it.

Got them on Friday - just early enough to take the pic for the SPS this week: The three "Groomsman".
They are from the Buck web special sale. As I saw, the pink one is sold out meanwhile.

Best,
Haebbie

Its getting tough to come up with a 'new' knife photo every Sunday. Mostly what I have are just ole black handled slipjoints....

For today I pulled out a old photo I did as a sort of tongue-in-cheek on the dominance of the 110 in the Buck world. Don't go off on me, it suppose to be humor for your entertainment, some nice knives there also. Sort of fits this Super (Ice) Bowl day theme. 300Bucks

Here are what I hope are better photos of the Pre-86 Desert Ironwood 119 I got this week. I spoke to the previous owner and he verified with BUCK that it was done by them in the old custom shop.

Here ya go ITE! This is one of about 170 made for the BCCI in 2003 (2003 newsletter) The original order was for 200 with only 170-175 shipped. I believe the 170 number is most accurate.

Desert Ironwood, NS, BG42, laser cut Anvil, some light filework that looks very classy and not all "busy" like some filework.

Yes Sir, standard BOS logo on backside w/BG42. That pic didn't come out good so didn't include, or retake.

Now that is funny!!! Go Packers!! :D

To go along with ITE's opening knife, here's an old picture of one of my 531 Sawby's. I have the 535 also, I just have to locate the picture or take a new one. Below this picture is a one page, glossy flier that I assume was sent to dealers in '88 or late '87 to announce their introduction.

Here's one a little different for the Sunday thing.

Still new in the clammie. The saw is 13" open according to the back info, and made in Taiwan. The little 425 and 477 mini-mentor are USA made.

Just something I picked up along the way. I wish Buck would have dated the older clam packs. Closest I can date this one is between 2002 and 2004 from info on the cardboard.

Good Info Dave!!

Here's some more Bucklocks. The BCCI model Sawby 531 is the top knife in the picture.

Dave, I cannot believe you got those Sawby's ! Outstanding info. as well . Pack, nice Mentor photo, I don't see many with the gut hook . Thanks guys . DM

Here's "The Titanium" dressed up in Damascus Twist, thanks to SnakeRiverKnives. I think that the Damascus goes well with the finish on the titanium, AND it was easy enough so that even I could do it!
