Orangewood is a great wood for the 110.

Did I tell that I like the small Bucks for collection?

Have a nice Sunday, guys.

Best,

Good Sunday morning everyone....and thank you ITE for keeping this SPS going strong.:thumbup::thumbup:

I'm back from my 1,122 mile walk on the Florida National Scenic Trail. I was able to check in on the SPS when I had decent service on my cell phone, but it just ain't like seeing everyone's beautiful Buck knives on a big screen computer.

This is the knife I started the trail with and ended the trail with, but I did switch over in the middle of the long walk and carried a Max Light 486 for a while.

The pictures of this Paradigm were taken on my final day of the hike when I got to Ft Pickens along the beach of the Gulf of Mexico in the far northwest part of Florida.

I did post one picture a while back here on the SPS when I had computer access about the highlight of the walk, but here are a few more of the panther I walked up on. The photos were taken from my cell phone, so not really good shots.

This was when I first spotted the panther. I had just gotten out of walking for three days in Big Cypress Swamp in south Florida and was walking along this old two track road just an hour or two before dusk. I was thinking about how nice it was to finally walk on dry ground. The panther and I spotted each other at the same time and just stopped. I snapped off this picture quick because I figured he'd be gone in a heart beat.

He stayed watching me, so I walked about eight steps closer to him and snapped off this picture. I didn't realize it at the time, but he crouched down when I walked towards him.

I took this picture after about a minute of watching each other. He decided to turn to his left and walked off into the woods.

This is just his tail as he disappeared into the woods.

I slept in my tent about a mile from where these pictures were taken.

Haebbie...I always like the photos of your Buck collection AND the wildlife pictures you post!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Driggert....very nice 110!! :thumbup::thumbup:

ITE...is there a Buck model that you don't have?? :p

I've posted this Buck 119 before, but will do so again because I like the way it turned out, no new Buck's lately.

For today it is hard to compete with Stumps both knife wise and wild life. Great pictures, Stumps!

I got back a 1990 Ranger that was sent to Buck for their reblade and cleanup service. A guy at work showed me a 110, that his father had, with a broken tip. After talking he setup sending it back to Buck and I had him include a 112 I got off the bay with a bad grind job. Here are pictures of my 1990/2013 122.

Hi to all of Armand's SPS visitors,

As Stumps said, Thank you Armand and get well soon! What a fantastic showing of Buck knives and wild life.

For today's show a 113 and the wild life photo is of the trees starting to bloom at the park across from my home, spring has come early;).

My newest toys, a bright orange selector and my new S&W Mod. 22A-1. Below is a picture taken by my best friend up in northern California, a Short Eared owl in flight.
