The Sunday Picture Show... (3-16-2014)

Yep, you can set your Sunday morning watch with Armand and Herbert. Thanks Armand for getting another SPS up and running.:thumbup:

Steve…nice 110 and very nice wildlife shot!!:thumbup:

I had five of these at one time, but liked them so well that I gifted two to some good friends.
Here are the three I have left.

Those are great looking knives. I like the coloring of the scales...

Why did Buck go to incorporating a molded nylon perimeter on the new Rosewood Vantage I wonder (0346RWS)? Rubber bumper for the butter fingered users perhaps.

That really changes the looks

Well here we are again posting to Armand's Sunday Picture Show just like clockwork as everyone says. Thank you all for your contributions. Some real great examples of some of Bucks best creations show up here and amaze me every Sunday.

I am posting some pictures of a Buck Crosslock linerlock concept knife with a mirror polished stainless steel skeletonized frame with black background and mirror polished blade with thumbstud and pocket clip. In the background is an Eastern Oregon badger in a rug mount on another badger that I just had the hide tanned. I have another in a full mount as well.

And for my wildlife picture. I have a couple pictures of a large herd of elk that was in a large field just east of Tillamook on a trip to the coast my family and I went on. They were in a large field just alongside the Tillamook air Museum.

Very cool. We have a couple very healthy elk herds right around where I live. What part of Oregon are you from ?

As usual a good SPS today , I do enjoy looking at all the knives here .

Heres a Segua 112 that I sold last week I hope the new owner enjoys it .

Great show fellas. I guess thats why Buck makes so many...so we can disagree on what looks better. Love those smooth vantages but I like the outlined look of the new ones.

Love the 3rd variation of Bucklites.

Had these 3 for a while now, but down to 2 as of this morning. Our fill in Pastor who I have become good friends with got one at his farewell luncheon this morning.

Here is a 686 Mini Zipper and a 687 Mini Vanguard. A special Project for Cabela's in 2006.
Compare the mini to a standard in the 2nd picture.

ITE, youll like em, not nearly the amount of choices as the other variations.

Heres a couple 560s to go with your original theme

I like that Crosslock Ged!
Here's my first two Buck Knives I purchased when I was 16, along with an aluminum Crosslock that has Limited Production 1997 on the side opposite to some I've seen, with Block instead of Script.
Also a couple pieces of steel I found in the woods near old cabin sites.

Not a good day for picture taking so I found an old picture that I would like to call "Bigger is Better".

Buck 110 Bone with Script Prototype

Bucktool, I was wonder about the pins on that one? Factory or aftermarket custom? It's cool!

ITE,
The seller stated it was made for Bass Pro. The model number is 0271rwsbp2-b dated 3/28/2011. Been seeing a lot of these lately figured Buck must have just sold some overstock.
