The Sunday Picture Show... (3-29-2020) . . . (OLD Show Look at the DATE...)

Here's the start of my Buck collection. Have added a few since this picture. I need to take some more individual shots...

image.jpeg Last week I posted a 110 with a custom Damascus blade. This week I have a custom high alloy blade. CPM S-110-V has 2.8% Carbon, 9% Vanadium, 15% Chromium, 2.25% Molybdenum, 2.5% Cobalt, and 3 % Niobium. It can be hardened to 64 HRC. The Vanadium Carbide inclusions are 82 HRC. The hard bits in the matrix improve the wear resistance like stones would in cement.
It can be sharpened on Diamond or Cubic Boron Nitride "stones".

That damascus elk is probably the nicest 110 I have seen.
Folks here show some awesome knives, but that one is special.
It looks like a lumber jack in a fine tuxedo.

I can’t see a Damascus elk?? Only a red cow bone Damascus?

:)
Is that what that is? Looks like stag of sorts...
I never claimed to be an expert. Just know it looks good!,
Cow bone.......... ?ok, it's been tooled then.
Gotta love these little screens.

Yours are cool too......
That's why I don't collect fine 110's..... Too many choices, ha
