The Sunday Picture Show... (3-9-2014)

Oh, and I'd have that 4" trio finished up.
And the damascus 112 blade put in a nice handle.

New for 2014 are the ChinaBuck 382 Trapper and 379 Solo with black and blue G-10 scales.
I'd like to see these scales on a set of the American slippies.
The single ended bolsters are stainless, not nickel silver.

OD Green Selector with aggressively serrated drop point blade.

Haebbie, your exotic Uni(c)horn makes far away Germany seem even more mysterious that I previously thought it was.

Here in mundane Oregon we used to have a wild, undomesticated unlike your corralled Uni(c)horn, Jackalope until it was over-hunted for its antlers. You can still see the trophies of days gone bye, however.

Another new one from the 2014 catalog, a 525 Gent with acrylic overlays and an American Flag motif.

An recent acquisition rehomed from another forum member. The short 4.5" 125 Fillet is not as common as the 123 and even less so with serrations. Shown here with a brown Kraton handle c.1986.

Well, Oregon, one of the last Jackaloops was photographed in Germany (Bavaria). Here they are called "Wolpertinger".

Great show as always fellas-thanks Armand.
Haebbie, that unistag would make great scale material :D
What is the handle material on that baby Stumps?

Sorry been away so long. Just negligent I guess. Havent had the drive to get the camera out. Hope to make up for it.

Got a couple great new additions to brag about.

525 Rosewood that I got from my stepfathers brother who is a Buck rep.

Those are not Jackalope. They are Jackadeer. Jackalope's have Antelope type horns. I hunted Jackalope's in eastern Oregon as a teenager and are very rare nowadays. Jackadeer are more south of us.

110 cherrywood custom shop knife. My very 1st CS :)

Whats best and proudest for me is that it was my Christmas present and my daughter Kaylee designed it.

Hello,

I have that same knife. My parents were avid collectors of both factory and many top name custom knife makers.

Great little knife! But I carelessly snapped my blade. Will buck fix it? Happy to pay for the repair.

Many thanks!
