The Sunday Picture Show... (4-21-2013)

Armand: you rest up. You are one of he good guys around here and I enjoy all you share.

JK: sending out good thoughts to you and your granddaughter. Been down a similar road with family very close to me. Hang in there.

Stumps: nice wildlife photos. From VT myself, have seen a few of those guys as well. A little scary but a rare treat to see.

Wow....glad you are doing better ITE. Sounds like you had a rough week.

Love the granddaughter picture!! She looks happy with that very nice old 102. That 102 was a great find...especially at a yard sale!!

Thanks for getting another SPS up and running. :)

I went out and cleared a bunch of winter blow downs and branches off a 3.7 mile section of the Appalachian Trail in Vermont two days ago. There was so much stuff laying in the trail that it took two of us seven hours to clear it. I took these next five pictures of a couple tools I took along to help.

This is a modified Vantage that I plan on carrying this summer. I like the feel of my older Vantage Pro. I exchanged the blade to a Vantage Force Pro black. It makes a nice EDC!!

I brought a small vintage Snow & Neeley axe along for some of the branches. There was still a little snow hanging on in the higher elevation.

This weeks wildlife photos are of a fisher. There are a few predator cams in the woods behind where I'm staying. The predator cams caught this fisher at night. Quite a beautiful animal. I have been lucky enough to run into two of these buggers while out backpacking...one time in VT and once in Maine.

That Buck knife is cool, but that Snow & Nealley Axe made in Bangor, Maine is better:thumbup::D

Thanks for all the kind words everyone... I just wanted everyone to check there Blood pressure when you can...

JK, I wish only the best for your granddaughter... ITE

Thanks Stumps for the thumbs up on the knife but I'm really not that proud just honored and blessed to be the keeper of some knives that I enjoy very much . I started collecting about three years ago after loosing so many people in my life , so if any of you even think there is something wrong with you get yourself checked out if not for yourself than for the people that love you and yes there are people that love you OK .
You have to be proud to own this beauty!! That's a REALLY nice 112!!:thumbup::thumbup:
