I have one Ron Hood Buck in my collection.

The Hoodlum. ITE, I'm sure you will like it if you don't already have one.

Here it is getting dirty for the first time.

Good morning gents, and thanks Armand for another SPS. You are the man!

Got three new users last week and thought I'd present them here on the GSOE.

First is this Froe. I love this tool! The weight and balance are perfect and it will get plenty of work here on the Hill. Came shaving sharp out of the box too.

Next is this Bahama 119. For some reason this knife fills a little smaller than a conventional 119 to me. I know that's not the case because they are basically the same but it just feels a little smaller in my hand. Besides that it is another great quality Buck. It also was shaving sharp out of the box. Love the stacked leather handle!

Last is this 294 Momentum. Although not as elegant as the Paradigm, this is one handy little knife. The use of a cam instead of a bolster lock makes it a much faster deployed blade and it is light as paper. I can't even tell it's in my pocket. Super sharp as well. The aluminum handle provides a sure grip.

ITE Thanks for putting on the SPS.
One of my favorite 110s and most recent acquisition from Larry Oden.. A 1990 Idaho Centennial.

Picture of Idaho State Capital in Boise in 1990.

Thank you Armand! Always look forward to the SPS!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Herbert…that is a rare one. I've only seen a few like that. :)

I'll follow Armand with some of my Ron Hood Buck knives.
That smallest one was actually never issued. Buck made it an employee knife late last year.

Great show today and again thanks to Armand for taking his time out of his busy day to get this show up and running.

I picked up this Buck 124 at the Oregon Knife Collectors Show in Eugene a few weeks ago. The handle scales are mammoth tooth. They even covered over the handle pins with mammoth tooth plugs.

And for somewhat of a wildlife picture I threw in a picture of my sheltie's. Max is on the left and Daisy is the one on the right.

Great show as always. I enjoy seeing everyones goodies. This week I have a Buck 192 to show. This one is an edition done for Ducks Unlimited in 2005. The special projects list shows 2,400 of these were produced. A French Green handle with a gold filled DU logo. A Dog and Hunter cutout compliments the blade. Also of interest is the sheath, the only flat sewn Vanguard sheath I know of. Also, no 'BUCK' on the snap.

Last week I put a mammoth ivory handled palm skinner which was designed by Leroy Remer and made in the old Buck custom shop. Here I have the new version which is one of this years limited editions.

The handle is box elder burl and bloody Jasper and comes with the glass top display case.

Thanks for the awesome knives! Armand thank you for your time and effort!
Today I am sharing two knives!
First is a real old, I need help dating single line Buck Fisherman 121, with a sheath I have never seen before.
And next is a new Assisted Buck knife that I bought to mix in carry time with my Marksman. The inertia is nice but still won't replace my Marksman.

Very nice Buck Knives .
