rdm, I like the 500 series too and nice work on the maple 501. Nice find at the Ft. Worth show its a big one. Earl you and HK have some great knives every week. I love the 116 barrel nut model. I have the same 2 line, 106 in my collection only the handle is black micarta. DM

I love the Bird Herbert! The white melamine, and lucite knives are awesome! Cactus for a handle material, who woulda thought! :D

I think Buck should do a "throwback series" with white melamine... ;)

I'm working in Clarksville, Tn for a couple weeks and so I rented a car & went down to Smokey Mountain Knifeworks and picked these guys up yesterday. Beautiful day for a drive through the Tennessee hills. Really impressed with the 301 compared to my other one from the early 80's. The fit and finish is great, tight and the bolsters are slightly rounded which I think makes a more comfortable carry. (the little Opinel was begging to come home too so....:))

Sea, Nice 110's. Whats the stamping on your 2nd & 3rd knife? Bad, I need to do a photo like that as I have all those. Glad you posted the sheaths in the photo-- I just love those. Mike, glad to see you here. My kinfolks tell me its dry in Trinidad? Thanks gentlemen, DM
