Armand, you need to explain that 426.... BCCI etch on one side and a construction company on the other? How did that happen? Was it a practice knife blade at the factory or something like that. That nail nic looks huge.

Honestlyinsane, who did the engraved 110? I feel like I've seen one before but too lazy to get off the couch to look it up.

Each year I do my American knife July, I make sure there's at least one American knife on me every day for the month.

The BSA Case will be on me everyday and I'll rotate through the rest of my American made users regularly.

Rodger, I bought the knife off of Michael Putnam I forgot who he bought it from but he sold his whole collection. I bought a few knives from him myself. But anyway Michael said that they were trying to come up with an idea on a knife to use for the club. Why they grabbed this particulars blade I have no idea and stamped it with the club early logo. So they thought about using a Bucklite has a club knife. I forgot what the other two knives that they were thinking about using. I guess they decided to use the 531. I think that's how it went. If Michael comes on here maybe he can explain it. I'm sure he can explain it way better than me. I believe the guy he bought it from was Richard early member of the club.

Something a little different. A model 152 JiffySharp. This one has the Work-Man logo so that would put it about 1990 +/-. A pair of Carbide inserts to drag your fine Buck knife thru. Any takers? Not sure but I assume the cutter on the side is for scissors. These came in various colors.

I've got an original CREATIVE SALES & MFG CO one in my toolbox, the only Buck marked ones I've seen were Swissbuck

I don't like carbide sharpeners, but it's fine for my bait knife.

the son of american steelworker I'm fairly adamant about buy American. My alter ego on the auction site is oldflytackle which is another of my collecting hobbies. I don't buy much of anything any more but when I saw this insert on this fly box well, I had to have it. A couple of American classics.

Could they have made there thoughts any more well known... BF Egypt...:)
Awesome!!!

Gee Herbert, I think all Vanguards are special, I have a zillion of them. Probably my favorite sub-collection.
The only knives I have more of are 110's and the little ones....
No misunderstnading please, The Vanguard is one of the best knives Buck ever designed. I meant no one of my Vanguards is notably rare.

I love those 903's... I see it has someones name under the left banner? Is that the person who etched the knife for Buck? Does anyone know how many where made? I'm with Roger, without a "D", and Gedlicks, I want 1....

Only 100 made, that'll be hard to find. The Video says rosewood handles, looks like walnut? Or is it just the way it comes across?
