You can share any Buck Knife or Buck Knives

special any Buck Knife will do...

Today I have a Sweet Buck 186... The 186 is
probably one of my favorites if not favorite

Very nice Armand, one cool variation of a 110. The 186 Titanium take apart knife is one of my favorites. Thank you Armand for doing you show each week and the same to all who post photos for all to enjoy.

Here is a nice little 501, it's number 006 of 046 made.

I'm up early for a Sunday to channel my Bill Murray... I'm on a mission to kill the groundhog (woodchuck) that's living in my barn!

Only thing is have resembling a 186 is this hand made prototype by Leroy. He said he made 10 or 12 of these by hand early in the 186 development as a proof of concept. It's all 440c with a pinned frame.

I've had success gassing them.
Once I know they are in the burrow, I hook a hose to the exhaust of running equipment and put the other end of the hose in the hole.
Diesel tractors work best.

Not as much fun as shooting them tho.

I see no photo John...

ITE, thanks for starting the SPS every Sunday, thanks also to those who post and comment.
No 186 here...just a couple of variations of it's cousin the 560. The middle is an automatic, that has 'prototype' printed on the blade. I bought it years ago from a BF member. I don't think it's a Buck factory production.

great show all. great pics everyone thank you and thank you ITE for hosting every Sunday for us to enjoy.

only have 1- 186 without the clip part. the rest are 560 pinned version. I have some others that are colored/crystallized sort of titanium, but theyre in storage and i cant find them right now and really dont want to look..... so this is it from me.:)

Thank You ITE for another Greatest Show. This week I got two Bucks off the bay. The first is a 382 from 2007 in the box. I think it is very well made. The other is a 1990 112 with a broken tip that I reprofiled. It has an engraving for Texas Operation. I looked it up on the internet and it is a very interesting story about LBJ.

I would have thought the prototype was made by Charles Finn of QUAL-A-TEC (?). Thought it was his design.
Wonderful knife regardless of my lack of knowledge, thanks for showing.
